Responsibilities :
- Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tender opportunities
- Completing pre-qualification documents, reviewing drawings / specifications, developing proposals, and securing purchase orders / contracts
- Conducting site visits and liaising effectively with consultants, engineers, general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades
- Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews
- Coordination of design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change orders
- Effectively manage projects to successful and profitable completion
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Post Secondary Diploma from Seneca in Fire Protection Engineering, or related field of study3+ years' experience in design, installation, sales, or project management in the fire protection industryDemonstrated organizational skillsAbility to collaborate and work effectively within a teamTroy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. offers an excellent compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program and company leased vehicle.
