Tommy Gun’s is on the hunt for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to fill the crucial role of Shop Manager / Operator. We want YOU to be a part of our exciting journey! We are not just looking for an employee to lead an amazing team of Barbers and Guest Services;
we are seeking a passionate Barbershop Manager who will ensure every client has an exceptional Tommy Gun’s experience from the moment they step through our doors.
Position : Shop Manager / Operator
Work Term : Full-time
Location : North Battleford (location coming soon!)
Wage : $50,000 - $70,000 annually, plus bonuses

Requirements to Thrive with Us :
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills - can you go above and beyond for every guest, every time
- Master excellent written and verbal communication skills be the voice that answers emails and phone calls, manages service queues, and supports your team
- Exceptional time-management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Work collaboratively as part of the shop leadership team
- Team Member recruitment, retention, training and management
- Customer Service, managing the queue, excellence with Guest interaction
- Weekly and monthly reporting requirements (Sales, KPI’s, Payroll, etc.)
- Bring familiarity with visual (retail) merchandising and product inventory (an asset!)
- Any other duties outlined by the Business Owner
- Bonus points for experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa
