The Early Careers Program Manager will lead end‑to‑end student hiring strategies for multiple business groups, taking full ownership of planning and execution.
The role is responsible for building strong partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, current students, and key university partners across Canada to support Nokia’s student programs.
You will shape and drive internal and external branding initiatives, leveraging social media to promote the Canada Student Program, while also representing the company at career events and facilitating internal learning and team‑building sessions for students.
This role covers approximately April 2026 to October 2027
My responsibilities
- Take full ownership of and manage the student hiring plans for multiple business groups
- Build and maintain partnerships with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, Nokia students, and key University Partnersacross Canada
- Contribute and establish branding initiatives both internally and externally while utilizing social media to promote the Canada Student Program
- Attend external Career events as needed and host internal team building and learning sessions for students
- Act as the subject matter expert on campus recruiting markets, campus competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas

Outstanding project and program management skills; productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects / prioritiesExperience with Student Programs or Talent Acquisition in the Telecom industryStrong ability to adapt to change and be an active change management supporterIt would be nice if you also had :
