Description

  • Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue goals.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key stakeholders.

Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to promote the hotel's services and facilities.

Revenue Generation : Maximize revenue by securing new group and individual bookings for rooms, meeting spaces, and other hotel services.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Marketing and Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Team Leadership : Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.Provide training, support, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills and productivity.
  • Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure goal attainment.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful sales management in the hospitality industry, preferably in a full-service hotel setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field ideal.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
