Description : Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Conductssupport maintenance prototyping and configuration of a complexOracle SiebelSolution
• Handsonconfiguration and troubleshooting of issues of Siebelimplementation and its integration with subsidiary systems such asPEP ONEKEY ERDMS Oracle Service Cloud GIS (ArcGIS) in Developmentand Productionenvironments
• Developmentand configuration of integration of Siebel with other ministryapplications using web services or othermechanisms
• Conductroot cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve defects / incidentsresolveissues
• Documentingprocesses and technical designs and updating buildbooks
• Provide accurateestimates for proposed features / enhancements and review theestimates from other team members for completeness andaccuracy
• Engaging withLRC and program staff to develop techniques to expediteimplementation; works closely with Project Manager and leadarchitect and participate in the planning and designprocess
• Design anddevelop prototypes and proof ofconcepts
• Documentbuild books working with LRC staff on actual implementationdocument performance measures of the newenvironments
• Knowledgeand experience to evaluate fit / gap analysis between highlevelrequirements and Oracle Siebel Public Sectorcapabilities
• ResearchOracle tools and techniques to inform / recommend improved designfunctionality and / orperformance
• Developunit testing scripts to confirm successfulinstallation / configuration
• Developingprototype integration framework to ensure the successfulimplementation using Open UI scripting EAI EIM ETL web services andREST service
• Developbuild books working with LRC staff on actual implementation;documenting performance measures of newenvironments
• Plan anddevelop data migration and / or integration (ETL or web services)from other ministry solutions to the Siebelsolution
• Ensurecompliance with I and amp;IT and Communication standards anddirectives (e.g. AODA digital design principles and web styleguides)
• Ensure designsare resizable / scalable for multiple screenplatforms
• Recommenddevelopment and support technologies that provide more efficientcode management
• Ensureweb pages are AODA compliant and are compatible across multiplebrowsertechnologies
• Developtesting scripts to ensure integrity duringchange
• Definediagnostic methods to help incidentmanagement
• Engage withLRC staff to troubleshoot problems in DR / RR migration and LOVmigration

KnowledgeTransferRequirements

• Knowledgetransfer is expected to occur throughout the duration of theassignment through regular meetings touchpoints and workingsessions with LRCstaff
• All designdevelopment artefacts and source code including all relevant andcomplete documents must be transferred to the ministry in thedesignated repositoriesprovided
• Dedicatedknowledge transfer sessions will be scheduled to ensurecompleteness of knowledge transfer and all documentation is sharedand allow LRC staff to ask clarification and / or follow upquestions
