What You Bring
- 2 years of related experience; real estate asset management, valuations and / or investment experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Familiarity with ARGUS real estate software is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent financial and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to think logically and problem solve effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure; dealing with changes and interruptions while maintaining strict deadlines
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Interest in real estate and / or real estate related fields
