Bilingual Stylist

Our BonLook - Ottawa Rideau Centre is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Stylist, to fill an existing vacancy!

This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our store is open Monday to Sunday, evening and weekend availability is required.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome customers, providing first class customer service and lead by example on the floor
• Inform customers on promotions, in-store events, and new collections
• Exceed targets by effectively communicating BonLook's brand, vision, and products, including fit, features, and design
• Receive, process, and transfer merchandise as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive customer experience
• Support store operations by performing additional duties as required

What You Bring

• Bilingulism English/French
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in customer service and retail preferred
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset
