Position Overview : The Insider Risk team is responsible for the oversight, administration, and implementation of the organization’s Insider Threat Program.

As a member of the Insider Risk Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for timely investigation and reporting of insider risk alerts.

They will perform analysis and investigation of activity that has been identified as a potential policy violation or insider fraud event.

A significant component of the job will include real time monitoring, investigation, reporting and remediation of insider risk alerts.

Position : BilingualInsider Risk Analyst Position Status : Full Time - Remote Hours of Work : Monday Friday 9 : 00am 5 : 00pm EST & Weekend rotational on-call Department : Information Security Salary : $65,000 - $70,000 Responsibilities :

• Apply prescribed practices to detect and escalate instances of potential insider fraud
• Perform risk assessments for new client onboarding and process changes for existing clients
• Monitor alerts indicating potential policy violations that may be a precursor to insider fraud
• Provide ongoing feedback and recommend modifications relating to the existing fraud detection strategies
• Perform ad-hock internal investigations related to potential insider fraud events
• Document, review and update standard operating procedures related to insider fraud processes
• Support compilation of fraud statistics and trend analysis
• Provide support in the development of reports and recommendations to senior management, internal / external working groups
• Support NTT Data Privacy, Risk & Compliance initiatives related to internal controls monitoring.
• Engage business groups as well as internal support teams to leverage knowledge and system synergies
• Other duties as required

Requirements :

• Must have strong verbal communication skills in both official languages English and French required.
• 2 to 5 years of combined fraud / credit card industry experience at either a financial institution, processor, outsourcing or payments company
• Good understanding of internal fraud, payment fraud and asset misappropriation concepts and types, and fraud detection and prevention techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
• Proven communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams (enterprise-wide)
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities
