I'm looking for a Director of Finance for my client located in the West of Montreal, in Ville Saint-Laurent. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode, 1 day in office.
Your Responsabilities :
- Act as a financial business partner and adviser
- Participate in decision-making and strategy development
- Identify and present financial and operational KPI and other business metrics
- Responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial information and reporting
- Responsible for the consolidated annual budget and quarterly forecast process
- Responsible for the treasury function
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly compliance reporting
- Supervise a team
- Implement improvement projects
- Support the CFO
- Lead the year end external audit Your Profile :
- CPA title
- CPA title
- Experience in an accounting firm
- 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including extensive consolidation and reporting experience
- Analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to develop FP&A tools, templates and / or models
- Leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- Experience with system implementation, process improvement, change management
- Proficiency with ERP and accounting software
