About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager / Director with expertise in ERP administration, specifically SAP S / 4HANA, to lead our IT organization in developing, implementing, and maintaining our technology strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, ensuring the security and compliance of our systems, managing vendor relationships, and providing exceptional support to our users. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

This is an office‑based position located in Ottawa, Ontario.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain the IT strategy and roadmap, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for future IT investments
• Manage relationships with vendors, including license management, SaaS providers, hardware suppliers, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
• Negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and optimize costs
