Compensation :

$86,500 - $197,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Expand Client Base : Identify and seize business opportunities in target regions to grow our clientele.
• Lead Management : Hunt for, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads into appointments, ensuring quick and efficient customer responses.
• Database Maintenance : Create and maintain an organized database of prospective and past clients, keeping all lead information current.
• Prospect Follow-Up : Engage with prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication methods to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads.
• Sales Reporting : Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to showcase progress toward company goals.

Qualifications :

• Candidates must have a real estate license.
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills.
