Our client in Toronto, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Risk Advisory to join their team. This individual will sit in either the Assurance & Advisory Group or Enterprise Risk Management This is a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office).
The Role :
As the Senior Analyst, Risk Advisory , reporting to the Manager, Risk Advisory, you will work directly with clients to lead the scoping, planning, execution, and final delivery of value-add engagements, liaising with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders in critical and exciting operational and strategic areas.
The engagements range from process optimization, data analytics and visualization, risk and controls assessments, assurance, and special high-priority consulting projects as requested by Senior Management and the Board.

You have exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
You have proven report writing and presentation skills. You are a proven problem-solver, with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter with a strong work ethic.
You are a collaborative team player. You have the passion and desire to make an impact in the business and community.
Your Key Qualifications :
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, politics, or social sciences
- CPA, ACCA, CIA or MBA is a strong asset.
- 3+ years of experience in in management consulting, finance, managing business operations, and / or internal audit / external audit.
Big 4 experience is an asset.
- You can connect the dots between the business strategy, tactics, risks, and control environment, with significant exposure to risk / control mindset & frameworks.
- Asset Management, Real Estate or Technology industry experience an asset.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
