Tasks / Responsibilities
The QA Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of 3 QA Analysts, while remaining 80% hands-on, and will act as the main point of contact for the quality assurance aspect with the 5 development leads.
MORE PRECISELY
- Intensify automation and revitalize the quality assurance component
- Structure and optimize the QA department, manage priorities and performance
- Manage test campaigns, design test plans, and approve test scenarios
- Contribute to the on-premises application migration project to Azure and several other deployments
- Work in a Jira, Confluence, SQL, Agile and Waterfall environment
- Work in an IT team of more than 30 people
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Team Lead
- Professional experience in automated testing and manual testing
- Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SQL, Agile and Waterfall
- Leadership, initiative, and a strong spirit of collaboration
- BAC in computer science or the equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
