The Role :

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

This role requires a professional with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs to meet industry standards.
• Interpret blueprints and building codes to determine the best layout for plumbing systems.
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded.
• Collaborate with other Trades professionals, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems, using pressure gauges, observation, or other methods.
• Communicate the nature of plumbing issues and proposed solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of time spent on jobs, as well as materials and labor costs.
• Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.

Qualifications :

• Must have a valid plumbing license.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools, equipment, and technology.
• Thorough understanding of plumbing systems, blueprints, and building codes.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
