We are looking for a Data Scientist to support large scale modernization project in the public sector. This role focuses on AI ML NLP driven transformation, semantic enrichment, and intelligent content migration in line with compliance and innovation standards.

Core Competencies

• Degree in data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or computational linguistics.
• Strong command of Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience in semantic search, topic modeling, entity recognition, and contradiction detection.
• Familiarity with RDF, SPARQL, and ontology design for knowledge graph development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI CD pipelines for managing AI workflows.
• Knowledge of DITA XML, XSLT, and Document as Code principles.
• Ability to process bilingual datasets English French and ensure semantic consistency.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation and explainability.
