Product Assembler

Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations.

Follow methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.

Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

• Assembles components according to specific drawings and procedures
• Operates various manufacturing equipment
• Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures and performance standards.
• Normally follow established procedures on routine work

Job Requirements : Communication

Reads, interprets and comprehends kitting protocols, process documents, and instructions.

Completes documentation related to product inspections in accordance with specific procedures.

Articulates technical and / or quality issues to Team Lead.

Customer Focus

Conducts product inspections and identifies quality issues or concerns related to customer products.

Problem Solving

Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.

Recognizes discrepancies in documentation or problems with quality, product or process, and recommending changes.
