Position Overview

The SAP Functional Analyst (SD) is responsible for supporting and optimizing the Sales and Distribution module within SAP. This role focuses on supporting the SAP SD module by configuring processes, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring seamless integration with other modules such as Finance (FI), Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM). The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions for order‑to‑cash processes, pricing, customer billing, and shipping.

Responsibilities

Functional SAP SD

• Perform hands‑on configuration and support of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes, including pricing, order management, delivery, billing, and credit management.
• Develop and review functional specifications for enhancements, custom developments, and integrations.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers to translate functional specifications into technical solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of SD with FI / CO, PP, MM, PS and other SAP modules for end‑to‑end business processes.
• Participate in system and integration testing, defect resolution, and quality assurance activities.
• Conduct business process demos, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.

Delivery & Support

Ensure that the above duties and responsibilities are performed following the principles and intent of Change Management as described in policy IS‑0012 Change Management.

Qualifications

Strong time management skills demonstrated by the ability to establish priorities and plan, develop, coordinate and monitor own work plan and those collaborating on the execution of projects.
