Bookkeeper

Salary: $40,000-55,000 Annually - Depending on experience

The responsibilities include full cycle accounting namely:

• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Issuing invoices and recording receipts
• Bill payment processing
• Payroll processing
• HST filing
• Month end reconciliations
• Responding to client queries

Experience we are looking for:

• College Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping
• 3+ years of Bookkeeping experience
• 1+ years of experience with Quickbooks Online
• Experience processing payroll (issuing T4s, ROEs, T4 summary)
• An open mind to trying out new technology.

Our company is a team of thirty Bookkeepers and Accountants who work cohesively to provide small and medium sized businesses with amazing back end financial support. Numbercrunch supports employees with a fun and relaxed hybrid working environment, regular social events, work-life balance, and a team of supportive colleagues. This job requires you to come into our lovely Kanata office, 375 Terry Fox Drive. Our working hours are 9-5 (no overtime is expected!)
