Salary : $48,000 - $52,000

Canal One Eleven are currently looking for a Building Superintendent to join the team at 111 Echo Drive. The employer for this position is a Condominium Corporation that is managed by Apollo Property Management. The successful candidate is a team oriented, organized, self-motivated individual who is able to multi-task and has excellent communication skills.

Amongst other duties this position will be responsible for the following responsibilities :

• Reports to the Property Manager;
• Supervises the team and helps efficiently maintain the property;
• Performs cleaning duties, minor interior and exterior repairs, regular building inspections, oversees the proper functioning of equipment
• Responds to owner / resident requests / complaints in a courteous, friendly, prompt and professional manner;
• Supervises outside contractors working on site, ensures scope of work is being completed, reviews and reports to the Property Manager when work is finalized;
• Maintains and checks building logs including Pool inspections and testing;
• Maintains suitable inventory of building maintenance and cleaning supplies;
• Promotes and maintains site safety and security;
• Performs any other duties as directed by the Property
