Temporary Administrative Assistant
Swift Current, SaskatchewanRoska DBO Inc. is currently seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for our busy client located in the Swift Current, SK area.
This position is a leave coverage and will be for a 1 month term with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities :
- Detail tracking of waste manifests, filing and annual report preparation;
- Support tracking and updating work completion reports in relation to the Equipment Maintenance Program;
- Coordinate ground disturbance documentation support for field operations;
- Update and maintain corporate contact lists;
- Process staff expense and PCard reports;
- Generate purchase orders for the district;
- Maintain and update safety course data base;
- Prepare and distribute various month end reports; and
- General office duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset;
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel;
- Able to contribute within a team environment;
- Possess excellent organizational skills;
- Demonstrates a high level of motivation with excellent communication skills;
- Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic
- Enjoys working in a busy office environment.
