Temporary Administrative Assistant

Swift Current, SaskatchewanRoska DBO Inc. is currently seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for our busy client located in the Swift Current, SK area. This position is a leave coverage and will be for a 1 month term with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities :

Detail tracking of waste manifests, filing and annual report preparation;
Support tracking and updating work completion reports in relation to the Equipment Maintenance Program;
Coordinate ground disturbance documentation support for field operations;
Update and maintain corporate contact lists;
Process staff expense and PCard reports;
Generate purchase orders for the district;
Maintain and update safety course data base;
Prepare and distribute various month end reports; and
General office duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset;

Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel;

Able to contribute within a team environment;

Possess excellent organizational skills;

Demonstrates a high level of motivation with excellent communication skills;

Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic

Enjoys working in a busy office environment.
