Position : ITSM ServiceNow Developer
Location : Canada (Remote)
Hours : 10-20 hours per week
Contract Type : 3 months, with high chance of extension, long term.
Language requirements : English & Spanish (Mexican)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage Service Catalogs (update existing ones and generate new ones)
- Expand SLA definition and tracking
- Revamp and manage Notifications
Requirements :
- Must be incorporated in the USA or Canada
- Experience in ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in creating and managing Service Catalogs, SLAs, and Notifications
- Mexican Spanish speakers and English Language skills are a must
