Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Canada , is looking for a hands on, infectiously energetic, motivated, and hospitable General Manager to lead the Edmonton, Alberta team.

As we continue our growth in Canada, we are looking for a special individual who can clearly lead and motivate their team and who understands the passion that our fans and employees have for our brand.

The General Manager is responsible for every detail of store operations, including overseeing all aspects of production, sales, and human resources.

This involves developing a staff of professional employees, generating maximum revenue, and ensuring both customer and employee satisfaction.

Additionally, the General Manager is responsible for having a thorough understanding of the doughnut production process and maintaining a high level of quality products.

Requirements : Must be an experienced, hands on, restaurant or store manager with minimum three years of high volume QSR, restaurant, retail, grocery, or full service experience.

Must be available for some travel during employment for meetings and additional training, including a thorough initial training to be completed in Ontario.

You have built teams and developed people to meet a common goal. We are a customer experience retail business and all managers must be available to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Soon after, our first store opened in Quebec in Montreal. From then on, Krispy Kreme became a destination for those looking to experience the magic of our hot and fresh doughnuts and coffee.

In 2010, we opened our first Doughnut Café in downtown Toronto. Our cafés bring the fresh experience to our loyal customers in neighbourhoods across the city.

We want our cafés to be convenient and comfortable spot to enjoy a doughnut, sip a coffee, and savour one of our freshly baked muffins, croissants, or bagels.
