Orangetheory Fitness in Ottawa is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate with open availability to join our team across our three thriving studio locations (Kanata, Barrhaven, South Keys). This is an ideal role for someone who is professional, self-motivated, and passionate about people, sales, and service—and who is ready to commit to a full time career, and not just a shift.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Delivering an exceptional first impression to every guest and member.
• Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Selling memberships and helping grow the studio community.
• Making high-volume outbound calls to connect with leads and book intro classes.
• Participating in outreach events to attract new members and build brand awareness.
• Building strong member relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Supporting member retention through regular follow-up and care calls.
• Assisting with front desk operations and maintaining a clean, welcoming studio.
• Collaborating with coaches and leadership to create an unforgettable member experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone who is no longer in school and is looking to build a long-term career.
• Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Personable, extremely reliable, and coachable with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about fitness, highly self-motivated, and someone who takes initiative.
• Flexible and available for 35+ hours a week, including evenings and weekends.
