Job Details :
- We are looking for an HP1 certified coach with WHL or Jr A Tier 1 experience to be our new Associate Coach and Player Development lead.
- We are able and willing to shape the position and final duties or responsibilities to the right candidate based on their experience and strengths.
- The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of experience in high-performance settings, the ability to lead practices, video sessions and develop team and player-specific developmental plans.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the HC / GM to develop season goals, program delivery and execution.
