The company is looking for an administrative clerk in Shipping (Evening shift). This is an urgent position.

Administrative shipping clerk in the warehouse – Evening shift

Monday to Friday, 2 : 30 p.m. to 10 : 30 p.m.

Salary 50k

Benefits after 3 months

3 weeks of vacation (including Christmas week)

After 2 years : 4 weeks of vacation (including Christmas week)

Benefits from day one

RRSP plan with employer contribution of 3.5%

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

Produce delivery notes

Communicate with clients to arrange appointments

Enter urgent orders into the computer system

Work closely with customer service and warehouse managers

Confirm shipments

Prepare invoices for inventory orders (Kraft Mtl. / Global, L’Oreal, Patafie, etc.)

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingualism both oral and written

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role

Shipping experience is absolutely required

Dynamic, organized and autonomous

Ability to adapt quickly

Knowledge of the Ms Office Suite

Demonstrate a sense of autonomy, initiative and team spirit
