Main Job Responsibilities :
- Generate required paperwork, including Bill of Lading, customs paperwork, and pro forma invoices.
- Coordinate daily product movements with sales and customers.
- Confirm product availability & build loads in the JDE system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for orders with fittings.
- Pre-call customers before shipment, as required.
- Perform data entry in JDE and DSI systems.
- Communicate with customer service via email and phone calls.
- Research and resolve purchase order issues and complete necessary corrections.
- Track proof of delivery.
- Participate in monthly and year-end inventory processes.
- Ensure all third-party personnel have completed the onsite safety video and required safety sign-off.
- Complete any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills & Abilities :
Fluency in English & FrenchPrevious experience with JDE and SAP is an asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Strong mathematic skillsValid forklift license & Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
