What is the opportunity? As Vice President, Mutual Funds Research, RBC Wealth Management, you will manage a team of analysts to provide research and support on mutual funds to Canada's leading national network of full-service investment advisors. What will you do?
Manage a team of analysts who provide research and support on mutual funds to a national network of full-service investment advisors
Set team’s annual goals and assign tasks
Provide ongoing coaching and periodic performance evaluations
Ensure research output and service levels meet standards for quality and timeliness
Continuously improve existing products and practices
Develop new research products
Contribute to the research function by providing analyst coverage of a segment of the mutual fund market
Participate in investment committees that oversee model portfolios that include mutual funds
What do you need to succeed? Must Have
CFA designation
Management experience, including coaching and mentoring employees
5 years or more of investment manager research experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly service oriented
Nice to Have
