Is this role right for you?

In this role, you will support a range of activities, including :

People and Culture Programs Contribute ideas and support the Treasury Central Office to enhance Group Treasury’s culture.

Work alongside the Director and Head, and Associate Director, Programs to create programs, people and communication strategies to ensure Group Treasury staff feel engaged and empowered in their jobs and experience improved job and life satisfaction.

Internal Controls You will learn how the Bank manages its people, process, technology, and compliance risks, by supporting the Directors and Associate Directors of the respective teams that create governance documents, execute on trading controls, monitoring, management, and reporting of non-financial risks in our business operations.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have :

  • Experience in business, finance, accounting, treasury, or project management would be an asset
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team building skills, working with diverse groups to resolve issues and identify efficiencies
  • Ability to develop and leverage strong relationships with key business partners
  • Strong PC skills with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Word
