Byford Secondary College (SC) is a newer school in Perth’s southern suburbs. We have first class facilities to support high quality teaching and learning programs in our college.
Located approximately 30 kilometres from the Perth CBD, our College caters for 1500 students in Years 7 through to 12. We offer a unique setting to many other metropolitan schools, with a blend of urban and rural students;

The Role
The successful applicant will ideally be an active contributor to the Technologies learning area, they will strive to engage students with an interesting and challenging Design Technologies curriculum, preparing them for their future pathways and careers.
Ideally, the successful applicant will have recent experience teaching across a range of Home Economics subject areas, the ability to delivery Certificate courses will be highly regarded.
The successful applicant should be student and relationship focused, highly motivated, able to work effectively in a team environment.
They will ideally possess an engaging and energetic teaching style, promoting an environment of active and positive learning in their classroom.
