Role Overview :
The In-House Designer & Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our digital presence across various platforms.
This role combines creativity with strategic insight, requiring expertise in both visual design and digital marketing to ensure our message resonates with current and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Graphic Design & Branding
- Design promotional materials, social media graphics, and website assets.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all channels.
- Collaborate on product packaging, digital ads, and other design elements.
Sales & Service Team Collaboration :
- Partner with sales and service teams to develop marketing plans and projects aimed at driving sales growth and customer engagement.
- Ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives, identifying new opportunities to promote our products and services.
- Develop targeted materials and campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and customer retention initiatives.
Website Management & Content Creation :
- Update and maintain the website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Create and manage blog posts, landing pages, and email marketing content.
- Optimize website content for SEO.
Digital Marketing Campaigns :
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and PPC platforms.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting tactics for optimal results.
Social Media & Community Management :
- Grow and engage our social media audience, maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to reach targeted audiences.
Analytics & Reporting :
- Monitor and report on KPIs for campaigns and website performance.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ad platforms).
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a keen eye for detail.
