Line Cook / Prep Cook

Required Experience :

• Reliable, Great attitude and willing to learn.
• 1 or more years working in kitchens in the service industry or we will train hard working reliable individuals looking for new opportunities and room to grow.
• Demonstrated skills in restaurant kitchen operations
• Looking for opportunity for advancement Job Requirements :
• Excellent communication skills
• Continuous development & motivating of staff Supervising shifts opening and closing
• Assisting in heart of house restaurant operations including but not limited to :
• Food handling and preparation
• Ensuring food quality and procedures are adhered too
• General cleanliness and sanitation
• General operations, ensuring systems and standards compliance

Legislative certifications preferred :

Salary negotiable based on experience.
