Reporting to the CEO and President, the Director of Human Resources is an integral part of the leadership team providing strategic direction in relation to anything Human Resources related to the organization. Key Responsibilities :
- Build the HR business model and culture to serve both strategic and operational needs
- Build programs to support employees and develop their career trajectory
- Improve both quality and pace of service delivery
- Build the organizations people, culture and wellness strategies
- Lead talent assessment and direct HR team on recruitment and retention strategies
- Act as a subject matter expert in HR and be a key player on the executive team
