SCHEDULE
Dayshift; Monday to Friday; 7 : 30 am to 3 : 30 pm. Flexibility toaccommodate overtime and infrequent travel within theprovince.
OVERVIEW
Candidateswho excel in this role must have a minimum of 5 years of industryexperience abilityt tolead their modern facilities with stateoftheart equipment &tools while being in charge of automotive estimating contributingtowards supportive and collaborative teamwork.
bea proficient user of the estimating software : Mitchel Connect orAudatex with outstanding administration logistical andorganizational skills.
Knowledge of Vehicle Shop Management bestpractices and car service standards are vital to success in thisrole.
QUALIFICATIONS
Managethe shop and provide leadership to the shoppersonnel
Prepareestimates utilizing Mitchell Connect and / orAudatex
Providecustomer service manage clients inquiries and resolvecomplaints
Ensurequality control and perform followups asnecessary
Manageordering of parts and coordinating logistics with suppliers andvendors
Managestaff schedules maintain employee attendancerecords
Overseeand maintain inventory of equipment andsupplies
Monitorcash and chequetransactions
Preparereports and provide statisticalinformation
Current Class5 Driver s License and a Clean Abstract
