Student - Bilingual Customer Experience Associate

We are looking for a student to support our Call Center Team as a Bilingual Customer Experience Associate . You will be called upon to :

• Answer telephone calls from prospective tenants
• Respond to voice mail, e-mail and chat enquiries from prospective tenants
• Determine the needs of prospective tenants
• Schedule appointments for unit viewing
• Perform monthly market surveys
• Provide superior customer service

Requirements for success :

This position reports to our Customer Experience Manager.

On-site position : Riverton Park Apartments, Call Center, 89 Forward Avenue, Ottawa ON K1Y 4M2

Hours of work : 37.5hours workday, 5 days per week you will be required to work evenings and weekends as per a pre-determined schedule.

Rate of pay : $20.00 hour, 37.5 hours per week

Employment Period :   May 4, 2026 to August 29, 2026
