Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate will be working at one of our Canadian Blood Services production centres and will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors our staff and our communities. Currently employees are expected to have an in-person presence for at least 40% of their work time. This requirement may vary depending upon circumstances.

About The Role :

Canadian Blood Services is looking for a regular full-time Associate Director Strategy and Integration to join our dynamic Quality & Regulatory Affairs division.

The Associate Director (AD) Strategy and Integration serves as a key member of the senior leadership team reporting directly to the Vice President Quality and Regulatory Affairs (QRA). This role is responsible for driving divisional excellence by leading a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts and project management close collaboration with national senior leadership the AD oversees the comprehensive divisional project portfolio and spearheads the execution of strategic initiatives that align with the VPs organizational mandates.
