Responsibilities
- Complete Set-up / operation of multiple 4 axis CNC Lathes & Mills in a custom high mix low volume environment. Primary focus on safety performance above everything else including (Ergonomics, PPE, Risk Assessments, and behavior observation)
- Report to the CNC Machine Shop Leader and work under minimal supervision
- Responsible for the final quality of the machined components delivered from the cell.
- Read and interpret drawings, setup sheets and revision changes.
- Clear understanding of Lean Principles (5S / Visual Management / tiered accountability)
- Self-motivated, process driven, and results orientated team player.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Proven ability to work unsupervised and be able to make good high-production and customer-focused decisions daily.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must be currently pursuing a Machinist red seal accreditation or CNC technical diploma
- Must graduate in December 2025 or later.
