Contract Duration : 1 year, March 2026 - March 2027

Hybrid Work Model : 1 day / week in office (subject to change to more days so candidates must be flexible)

MUST HAVE Enhanced Reliability status

The Enterprise Data Operations & Technology team is seeking an experienced communications content developer / writer experienced with the Data and Analytics (D&A) domain to support the implementation of the change plans and create the content.

Primary Responsibilities

Work with the Enterprise Data Operations & Technology Delivery Operations teams and COP Leads to help shape and execute the communication plan, including gathering requirements and defining content needs.

Monitor, support and report on the progress of the communication plan activities.

Work with Enterprise Data Operations & Technology teams stakeholders at all levels to create communications materials and participate in reviews of the content.

Create various types of outputs such as newsletters, emails, presentation materials, articles, job aids.

TOP 3 SKILS Required :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience writing communications content within the data and analytics domain.

Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Other KEY Skills :

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong working knowledge of MS suite of products, including creating and organizing MS Teams Channels

Proven ability to navigate and deliver projects within government or public sector environments.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process guidelines.

Bilingualism (English / French, spoken and written) is a strong asset.

Education and Experience :

Technical Writing certification / diploma and / or university degree in a related field, such as Journalism, Communications or English

Minimum 5 years' experience writing communications content in a data & analytics or IT environment

Experience in graphic and web design, external corporate communications and branding is an asset

Experience in implementing available change management plans, tactics supporting delivery teams in their daily comms requirements to stakeholders.
