As an Operations Officer II, you will play a crucial role in providing operational support within Company’s Wealth Shared Services division.
This is a back-office position where you will process payments, handle regulatory tasks, and ensure compliance with tax-related activities.
You will work closely with a collaborative team, gain exposure to various banking systems, and have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of financial operations.

Responsibilities
Manage and process financial transactions such as payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Handle back-office functions including tax implications, regulatory reporting, and other legislative product-related operations.
Shadow senior team members to gain a deep understanding of Wealth Shared Services operations.
Use Excel to process and analyze data (macro-level work would be a bonus).
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Provide subject matter expertise within the team to resolve any process-related issues.
Actively participate in daily touchpoints, providing updates on workload and performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a banking, financial services, or operations environment.
Proficiency in Excel (macros experience preferred).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage data and identify risks.
Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
University degree (Bachelor’s).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
Wealth management or financial industry experience.
Familiarity with tax regulations or registered products.
Previous experience working with large data sets or financial processing systems.
