TEAM MEMBER NEEDED IN OUR AGENCY….

Looking for an individual to help support our Sales Team by generating leads and COLD CALLING. Quoting and Booking appointments are the fuel that drives our sales results and we are hoping to find a key individual who excels on gathering leads for us to keep the sales funnel moving…

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE…

• Pro-Actively Calling out to retrieve quoting information daily in Home and Auto Insurance with a mixture of Cold Calling to new leads and Warm calling to ex-clients and past quotes

• Pro-Actively Cold Calling out to Businesses in the area to gather information for Business insurance quotes, Daily

• Calling out to Existing Clients through marketing lists to secure Life insurance appointments.

• Spend 40% of your day calling out to existing clients to review their billing accounts after they missed a premium payment. Making arrangements with our billing department to get payment made.

• Other support duties to support our team to complete sales and service such as following for necessary documents needed and other “Administrative” tasks

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED…

• Coachability… There is a lot to learn in this industry and a lot of opportunity to advance. We have awesome systems, processes and training… so just be open to learning and being coached. Our model is VERY PROVEN… So just trust in our processes

• Attendance….Just show up! If you are the type of individual that needs a lot of time off….Please do not apply. Attendance is key for our agency to accommodate our large client base daily..

• MORE THAN ONE LANGUAGE…. We hire based on Sales Drive and Passion. French is definitely an asset if you have it but does not disqualify you if you don’t.

• ABILITY TO COLD CALL…. This is a “Leads Generating” position so Cold Calling is a must and you will be doing lots of it. Must be comfortable with this.

• 25 Hours per week (on location) at $18 Per Hour Plus Bonus on Each Quote / Appointment you get for us. (Ranging from $10 to $25 Per Quote/Appointment)

• Position is Full Time… On Site… And IN OFFICE.. Which means, NO you cannot work from home..

• Location is in Orleans (East Ottawa)… If Geography is too far, don’t bother applying as I will not move the office
