Digital Hardware Sustaining Engineer

Join our team as we continue to expand our product portfolio in the Data Center and Carrier Service Provider. The IP Routing Hardware organization is very flat - there are few levels of management between the Individual Contributor and the VP of Hardware. We are also very lean - each Hardware Engineer spends more time doing engineering work and less time on overhead. As a result, your work has high visibility, and your decisions directly impact product design.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience working with highly complex, high density multilayer printed circuit boards
• Demonstrated expertise in supporting and sustaining such designs successfully through the entire product life cycle
• Knowledge of all aspects ofthe product design process, including FPGA’s, component qualification procedures and advanced trouble shooting techniques
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills along with a proven ability to work with a variety of diverse people over multiple time zones and continents to achieve a common goal
