WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

StrategyCorp is seeking a Consultant for its Management Consulting practice in Toronto. Consultants are key to delivering our value proposition to our clients and growing our firm through service and product quality.

StrategyCorp has a fast-paced environment and we expect a lot from our Consultants with responsibilities that include conducting deep research and analysis, assisting senior project team members in formulating evidence-based advice for clients, drafting high quality deliverables, and assisting with business development.

With these responsibilities comes an unparalleled opportunity to get exposure to topical issues and complex projects that provide outstanding opportunities to grow as a consulting professional.

The ideal candidate is :

• A strategy consultant with 1 - 2 years experience in business strategy and transformation advisory;
• Experienced in both qualitative research and quantitative research and analysis, specifically performing financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting;
• Knowledgeable and comfortable in working with consulting methodologies and work approaches for addressing client service needs;
• Experienced in collaborating with consulting teams with a mix of skills and experience levels to deliver outstanding client service and product quality on time and on budget;
• Highly organized and able to work with colleagues to develop client pitches and proposals;
• Experienced in interpreting qualitative and quantitative data and summarizing key takeaways in substantive and visually appealing client reports and presentations in a variety of media; and,
• Understanding of Canadian federal, provincial and municipal politics and / or public administration.

Major strategy consulting firm experience is considered an asset, as is experience using statistical packages (e.g., Excel, R, Stata).
