2. Backlog Management
Own prioritize and maintain the product backlog ensuring that it reflects business priorities and stakeholder requirements.
Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria that guide the development process.
Ensure that the backlog is visible transparent and understood by all stakeholders.
3. Agile Team Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and agile development teams ensuring that the team understands the product vision and priorities.
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Make realtime decisions to clarify requirements adjust priorities and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
4. Stakeholder Engagement

Key Requirements
1. Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner PMIACP) is a plus.
35 years of experience as a Product Owner Business Analyst or similar role in an agile environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing product backlogs and delivering products in a fastpaced agile setting.
2. Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban) and product management principles.
Proficiency with agile tools such as JIRA Confluence Trello or Azure DevOps.
Experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Mixpanel) to drive datadriven decisions.
Basic technical knowledge of software development processes APIs and system integrations is a plus.
