Role Description

The Success Coach will be responsible for providing mindset resets guiding individuals through personal and professional development and supporting their growth journey. Daily tasks include interviews onetoone sessions group training and fostering a nurturing environment for continuous evolution.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Counselling and Career Counselling skills
• Digital marketing expertise is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills
• Ability to cultivate a growth mindset in others
• Experience in coaching or mentoring roles
• Tough love conversations when required
