Ideal Profile
College or professional diploma in office administration, human resources, or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years of administrative work experience, preferably in human resources, learning, or talent managementCustomer service experienceDetail‑oriented, proactive, results‑oriented, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environmentAutonomy, initiative‑taking ability, excellent time management, and effective prioritization skillsExcellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams), an assetExcellent bilingual communication skills (French and English), both verbal and writtenProficiency in French and English is required as the employee will be working with employees and clients in Canada and the United StatesResponsibilities
Maintain comprehensive training records, including attendance, assessment results, and certificationsAssist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for training and talent processesInput and update training data in the Learning Management System (LMS) or other databasesGenerate and distribute regular reports on training activities, participation, and outcomesAnalyze training and talent metrics, utilizing data to identify trends and areas for improvementPrepare and maintain talent documents, including development plans and performance reviewsAssist in planning and executing talent management initiatives such as succession planning, leadership development, and performance management, while facilitating effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure alignment and clarityCoordinate logistics for training events, including venue readiness, equipment, and material managementAdditional Details
