Customer Service Representative

Adecco is presently recruiting a seasoned Customer Service Representative to join a leading Canadian petroleum refining company situated in Moncton, NB.

In this role, you will be responsible for guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction and retention. If you possess extensive prior experience in customer service, along with exceptional troubleshooting and communication skills, we encourage you to submit your application.

• Location : Moncton, NB
• Shifts : 5 days on / 2 days off
• Job type : Full-time 1-year Contract

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and processing orders
• Prepare correspondence and ensure customer needs are met to achieve satisfaction
• Work within established guidelines and escalate issues when necessary for resolution
• Supervise, train and mentor Customer Service staff when needed

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Typically suited for a senior Customer Service Representative with extensive prior experience
• Proficiency in commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
• Ability to work with moderate direction and handle tasks of high complexity and difficulty
• Skilled in troubleshooting and capable of assuming responsibility for customer account research
• Experience in providing supervision, training, and mentoring to other customer service staff
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sound decision-making abilities
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
