Welder/Fabricator
Welder / Fabricator : Harvey 2561
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Welder / Fabricator to work in our Sheet Metal Shop for our Afternoon shift.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up, adjust, operate and clean welding equipment, when needed
- Follow job router drawings and other written or verbal instructions
- Inspect completed welds
- Repair faulty products using welding procedures
- Competence in operating GTAW / TIG and GMAW / MIG welding
- Ability to weld various thicknesses of material
- Help in other areas
- Maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications & requirements :
- Working experience in the Manufacturing environment
- Minimum C level ticket
- Ability to read and comprehend shop drawings and blueprints
- Able to weld mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum with GTAW / TIG and GMAW / MIG
- Creative and willing to learn
Shift Availability :
- Afternoons from 4 : 00 pm to 2 : 30 am
- Monday to Thursday (Transit Available until 1 : 30 am)
- Shift can be changed to 2 : 00 pm to 12 : 30 am, for transit users
- Friday, Saturday, and overtime available
