Marcon Metalfab is expanding, and we're seeking an experienced CWB Certified Welder to join our vibrant team at Delta's Tilbury Park.

Position : Afternoon Shift
Monday to Thursday (10 hours) from 3 : 15 pm to 1 : 45 am.
Responsibilities :
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and procedures.
- Select welding equipment and methods based on project requirements.
- Set up components for welding according to specifications.
- Utilize angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.
- Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures for flaws.
Skills and Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in a steel manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in maximizing material utilization and minimizing waste.
- Welding proficiency in all positions with Flux core, Metalcore; TIG is an asset.
- Experience with welding aluminum, stainless, carbon, and mild steel is a significant asset.
- Clear communication skills in written and spoken English.
