Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient transportation routes and schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between drivers, customers, and the company.
  • Oversee the maintenance, inspection, and compliance of the fleet.
  • Plan and manage the loading and unloading of goods.
  • Address and resolve any issues or disruptions in the transportation process.
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and prepare reports.

Qualifications

  • A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation coordination or logistics.
  • Proficiency in transportation management software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly.
