This involves coordinating calendars, email and phone calls, meeting logistics and file management.Respond to inquiries, initiate actions and respond independently when appropriate, and demonstrate independence and initiative in anticipating needs.Fully support the Vice President, in their work on a wide range of issues and opportunities of organizational significance, including human resources, budget planning, stakeholder relations and more.Exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills are a necessity, and experience in providing advice and support for effective file and time management is essential.QualificationsQualifications and Occupational Experience : The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary credential in business, administrative professional / office administration, or equivalent.
