Job Duties :

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as per order

Prepare and cook special meals as per allergies

Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers

Clean kitchen and work area to keep sanitary

May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

Follow safe food handling requirements at all times

Cook orders as per portion and keep consistent

Requirements

Job Requirements : Punctual

Able to stand for a long period of time

Able to work well as a team player as well as independently

Attention to detail

Good hygiene

Work under pressure

Ability to multitask

Able to work evenings and weekends as well as holidays
